Requirements:

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent experience. MBA preferred. CPA preferred.


• 5+ years in a high-level finance role in the healthcare or insurance industry.


• Previous management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff.


• Managed Care Finance experience


• Corporate does journal entries but need to be able to put those together.


• Strong budgeting, forecasting, medical expense.


• Managed care would be great but will consider if very strong in capturing and managing cost baseline, forecast trends, to paint picture.


• Strong Analytics skills and experience.
