Support Analyst
Fuse3 Solutions is partnering with a local company that is looking to add to their IT division to match the current growth. Become an integral part of their operations and work alongside other IT leaders as the primary Support Analyst. This role opens the door to future progression within the company and opportunities to make a difference in their day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities of Support Analyst:
- Responsible for managing software licenses
- Complete user set ups
- Troubleshooting hardware and software
- Work with 100+ end users on variety of issues
Qualifications of Support Analyst:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar is required
- 3+ years experience in IT
- Applicable certifications preferred
- Experience with Active Directory, O365, Windows
Salary Range of Support Analyst: $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience
