Senior Program Manager wanted by Kenco Management Services LLC in Chattanooga, TN to drive strategic alignment across business units. Develop project plans specifying strategy, technical scope, goals, objectives, maintaining budgets, staffing, scheduling, contingency plans & allocation of resources. Provide analysis & thought leadership on issues critical to the success of the portfolio’s strategic goals. Apply specialized knowledge of ind. standards/practices (e.g., conveyors, AGVs, ASRS, etc.) to programs & initiatives. Assist w/ complex new bus. transition proposal responses & new business budget dvlpmt w/portfolio. Serve as a mentor & trainer role for all new prj mgr. Lead Kenco MCS (Multi Client Site) site implementation comprised of different ind. clients sharing warehouse space, labor & infrastructure & will lead Kenco’s E-commerce Strategic initiative through AutoStore installation, automated storage & retrieval sys (ASRS). Manage risk & issues & mitigation efforts as appropriate. Coord. customized automation design & system integration, hosting weekly meetings w/ customers f/ automation prod. Responsible for new cust. moving to ecommerce platform & dvlpmt of prj plans & budgets. Must have Bachelor’s degree in Ind. Eng., Supply Chain Mgmt, its foreign equiv. or rltd field & 6 yrs of exp in the job or rltd occup. Project Mgmt Professional (PMP) Certification required. Work exp. must incl.: work w/ product/program /proj mgmt or third-party logistics environment; knowledge of WMS, YMS, LMS Tier 1 Sys.
