Jassal Signs Ltd., situated in Surrey, BC, is actively seeking a Sales Supervisor to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. Candidates must possess a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience along with at least a secondary school education.

The ideal candidate should be capable of fulfilling the following job duties and responsibilities:

> Assign sales workers to duties
> Authorize payments by cheque
> Authorize return of merchandise
> Establish work schedules
> Sell merchandise
> Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
> Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
> Organize and maintain inventory
> Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
> Manage cash
> Conduct performance reviews
> Supervise office and volunteer staff

Additional Skills
> Be able to work in a team and individually
> Be able to communicate in English
> Knowledge of other languages would be an asset for this position.

Salary: $22.60 - $28.00/hour for 40 hours/week – as per the experience.
