We are seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to help clients find the right heating and cooling solution for their homes. Join our family today, and help us deliver our WOW service.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Navigate equipment manuals and understand installation processes

• Install anything from furnaces, air conditioners, HRVs, water heaters, etc.

• Work independently and as a part of a team

• Communicate with clients on what they can expect and/or how the installation is going
• Maintain company vehicle in working and presentable order

•  Use mobile devices to complete forms and collect payment from clients on-site

• Follow COVID-19 safety guidelines when required

Qualifications:

• Lead Installer needs a G2 Gas License and 5+ years of experience

• 313D or 313A License ( Considered an asset )

• Assistant Installer needs a G3 Gas License, and ability to sign up for apprenticeship

• Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) Certificate

• Valid G Driver’s License with clean drivers abstract

• Own supply of hand tools

• Able to safely lift a minimum of 50 lbs and climb up and down staircases
• Good organizational skills & a strong focus on customer satisfaction
