Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry - REQUIRED
NY License - REQUIRED
DEA (by time of start) - REQUIRED
Note experience on provider's profile with Group Therapy, Family Therapy, Pharmacotherapy, Restraint Application, Seclusion Therapy, and Involuntary Commitments - REQUIRED
