Execute talent objectives that drive exceptional business performance

Coach leaders to own differentiating talent performance and potential, and reward and recognize appropriately

Enable business leaders to work through talent management processes such as performance management, compensation, employee engagement, succession management and organizational design and development to deliver exceptional business performance

Take a data driven approach to monitoring health and effectiveness of the business through retention analyses, workforce planning, compensation forecasting and budgeting and benchmarking to drive effective talent strategies and solutions

Support leaders of people as they execute talent and engagement strategies

Establish and maintain effective relationships with your HR peers and teams to maximize impact of TR-s HR capabilities

Qualifications

BA/BS in related field

with 10-15 years of HR Leadership and/or HRBP experience

Extensive Construction Industry experience

Preferred Qualifications

Spanish proficiency
