Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Specialist - Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting new clients, identifying business opportunities, and generating leads from the Australian market. Your primary focus will be making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our products and services, and setting up appointments for our sales team. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and effectively communicate the value of our products and services. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate the creation of tailored solutions for clients. Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow-up activities. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven work experience as a Cold Caller, TeleMarketer, or similar role in the Sales Department. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently or collaboratively as needed. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Fluent in English.
