IT Analyst II (Onsite)

We have an immediate need for a contract IT Analyst II to join a biopharmaceutical company. The IT Analyst II will utilize various communication channels including in-person, phone, chat, email, and our ITIL ITSM ticketing tool to provide best-in-class technical support.

Location: San Diego, CA (Onsite)

This job expects to pay about $45 - 55 per hour plus benefits.

What You Will Do:

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with a sense of urgency, ensuring minimal downtime for users.
• Collaborate with team members to identify trends in technical issues and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
• Document and maintain accurate records of all support interactions and resolutions within the ITSM ticketing tool.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software as needed.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance and security standards are met.
• Stay current with technological advancements and best practices in the IT industry.
