Invision Application Management Specialist - Phoenix, AZ - 23-02703Job Description: Day-to-Day Job Duties Provide L2 and L3 Support for the Invision Application Analyze issue to be resolved or enhancement requirements to be developed Re-create issue in test environment if possible Identify solution Code and test solution when appropriate Communicate / Coordinate with Test Team to get code or issue solution QA Tested Revise code or other solution based on results from Test Team, and re-submit for more testing Follow client processes for code / other solution approval and release to Production Provide follow-up support for above code as needed Incident and Change Management Provide status as requested by client and NTT Data personnel Basic Qualifications: Minimum 6 years of experience supporting healthcare applications. Minimum 3 years of experience supporting healthcare provider accounting applications. Minimum 2 years of experience supporting the Invision application Experience using SQL and DB2 with mainframe applications Experience with Job handling/monitoring Knowledge of Journaling and triggers Degree: Bachelor's in computer science or a related field
