Director of Life Insurance Statutory Reporting

You will be responsible for the complete oversight and preparation of timely and accurate filings of the Life Insurance quarterly and annual Statutory financial statements as well as other related filings, ensuring compliance with NAIC and other regulatory requirements. The position will also be responsible for the development, analysis and distribution of key internal financial reports.

Responsibilities will include:

Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of all quarterly and annual Statutory financial statements and related filings, ensuring compliance with NAIC and other regulatory requirements

Will be responsible for the development, analysis and distribution of key internal financial reports

Prepares or has oversight over the quarterly/annual statutory financial statements and supplemental schedules and exhibits in compliance with NAIC and other regulatory requirements

Completes or has oversight over multiple state filing deliverables to ensure insurance licensure requirements are met

Investigates financial results, understands and effectively communicates impact to management

Ensure GL accounts are reconciled and analyzed monthly
