About Us: Our client in Reading, PA is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our dynamic team. These openings are being recruited by Crescent City Recruitment group on behalf of our major hospital system client.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and practices.


• Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.


• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.


• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history.


• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.


• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients.


• Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care.

Specialty-Specific Responsibilities:

Ortho/Trauma:

• Provide care for patients with orthopedic and trauma-related conditions.


• Work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, and part-time nights.

Neuro/Stroke:

• Focus on patients with neurological and stroke-related conditions.


• Full-time night shifts.

Neuro/Trauma IMU:

• Care for patients in the Neuro/Trauma Intermediate Care Unit during night shifts.

Cardiac IMU:

• Specialize in cardiac care, primarily during night shifts.

Med/Surg:

• Care for medical and surgical patients during both day and night shifts.

Oncology:

• Specialize in providing care for patients with oncological conditions.


• Collaborate with the Oncology Crescent City Recruitment group to meet the specific needs of our client.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.


• Authorized to work in the United States


• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.


• PA Registered Nurse Temporary Practice Permit or Registered Nurse License.


• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.


• Specialty certifications (e.g., Oncology Nursing) preferred but not required.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
