We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Babysitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing attentive and compassionate care for children in our clients' homes. The Babysitter will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, happiness, and development of the children under their supervision.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality childcare for children ranging from infants to pre-teens.
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
Plan and engage children in age-appropriate activities, including educational games, crafts, and outdoor play.
Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for children, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met.
Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up play areas and children's belongings.
Follow established routines and schedules set by parents, including bedtime and naptime routines.
Monitor children's health and well-being, promptly attending to any needs or concerns that may arise.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding daily activities, milestones, and any issues or concerns.
Administer basic first aid when necessary and handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
Collaborate with parents and other caregivers to ensure consistency in childcare practices.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Babysitter or similar role, with a genuine passion for working with children.
Valid certification in pediatric first aid and CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) preferred.
Ability to connect and engage with children of different ages and personalities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both children and parents.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Patience, empathy, and a nurturing disposition.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in sensitive matters.
Flexible availability to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
A clean criminal record check (DBS check) is required.
