REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR EMPLOYMENT
An employee in this class, upon appointment, should have the equivalent of the following training and experience:
Minimum age of 21 years old.
United States citizen and reside in the State of Michigan.
Preference will be given to individuals with law enforcement experience.
Possess a valid Driver's License.
Have no criminal convictions for any serious misdemeanor or felony offenses.
Preference will be given to those who have experience in property management.
Successfully pass a background investigation and a medical and psychological examination.
