As a
Marcom Specialist
, you will be responsible for overseeing the marketing communication activities for our global iconic brands, Philips, Philips Hue, and WiZ, across various consumer touchpoints in Brazil. You will be at the forefront of driving brand awareness and product adoption for some of our most innovative and exciting consumer products. What youll do

Develop and execute marketing communication plans and campaigns (across various platforms) aligned with the overall brand strategy and business objectives.
Manage and execute new product launch communication strategies, including press releases, media outreach, influencer marketing and events.
Manage and maintain our digital presence, including social media and websites.
Manage and oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content and materials, including press releases, social media content and website copy.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including global marketing, product marketing, channel marketing and sales, to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely execution of marketing initiatives.
Assist with event planning and execution, promoting our brand and products.
Manage and track A&P budget to ensure efficient spending and ROI.


Your qualifications


Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


Experience in marketing communications.


Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.


Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging.


Fluent in English is MANDATORY.


Experience with digital marketing including email, social media, and website content management.


Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring new ideas to the table.
