Job Location:Noida sec-58

Job Types:Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Schedule:9pm-6am (Night Shift)

Working days:Mon-Sat (2nd & 4th Saturday off and on working saturdays, shift will be of 6hrs)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strong command of both English and Spanish.
• Have an experience in working with clients from different countries (US,UK,CANADA).
• Maintaining Client communication over phone and email with a high response rate. -
• Creating and updating the companies spreadsheet with 100% accuracy.
• Prioritizing daily workflow, including all inbound and outbound calls, quotes, and sales-related inquiries.
• Multitasking between Clients calls, drafting documents and arranging appointments.
• Creating and maintaining a large client base by meeting needs and providing exceptional customer service.
• Helping design effective marketing strategies, targeting prospective clients and new leads.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Spanish & English.
• Must be a Graduate.
• Must have experience b/w 6 months to 2 years.
• Excellent multitasking, time management and organizational skills
