What Youll Do:



  • Plan, design, and develop electrical components for premium products that are well-recognized in the industry.

  • Join with a multi-disciplinary team that focuses on fulfilling customer needs for innovation and quality.

  • Design, build and test electrical / electronic / electro-mechanical components and subsystems.

  • Create design specs, test plans, and test specs for evaluating motors, drives, transformers, switches, sensors, and other components and subsystems.

  • Develop drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams using AutoCAD.

  • Work with marketing specifications and ensure that industry regulations are applied.

  • Identify specs for new microcontrollers to be used in NPI designs and determine the development tools needed.

  • Work with internal colleagues and external vendors to support development and production of machinery.


What Youll Bring:



  • 5 to 12 years of Electrical Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or in Electrical Engineering Technology.

  • Experience with PCB design, circuit analysis, drives, motors, and microcontroller-based electronic controls.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving work environment, and strong attention to detail coupled with awareness of overall project goals and outcomes.

  • Self-starter with the desire to be dedicated and remain hands-on with machinery, in laboratory settings and at times, on the production floor.

  • Articulate verbal skills and strong documentation skills.

  • Motor drive experience is highly desirable.

  • This is an onsite position with potential, once fully trained, for one office day per week. The location is within driving distance of Oshkosh.
