Accounts Receivable Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations by managing the company's accounts receivable processes. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely collection of payments from customers and insurance companies while maintaining excellent relationships with clients. This role requires a strong understanding of billing procedures, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties of the Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Cash application
- Review AR aging reports
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Export and analyze data in MS Excel
- Communicate with clients regarding accounts
Requirements of the Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Proven 2-4 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of integrity and ethical standards.
Compensation of the Accounts Receivable Specialist
- $20-25/hour Dependent on Experience
