Job Description 1. Project Planning and Initiation: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and requirements for mobile app development. Create and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Conduct feasibility assessments and risk analysis to identify potential project challenges. 2. Team Coordination and Leadership: Assemble and lead cross-functional teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members. Foster a collaborative and productive working environment, ensuring that team members are aligned with project objectives. Provide guidance and support to team members to overcome challenges and meet project goals. 3. Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective project execution. Identify resource needs and work with stakeholders to allocate resources appropriately. Monitor project expenses and report on budget status regularly. 4. Project Execution and Monitoring: Oversee the development and delivery of mobile apps, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards. Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing issues and risks as they arise. Implement project management methodologies and best practices to optimize project execution. 5. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders, including executives, clients, and team members. Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns or requests promptly. Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success and future opportunities. 6. Quality Assurance and Testing: Work closely with quality assurance teams to establish testing strategies and ensure the mobile apps meet quality standards. Plan and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve any issues identified. 7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change logs. Generate regular project status reports and present them to stakeholders and management. Conduct post-project evaluations and gather feedback for Requirements Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, computer science, or a related field. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proven experience (typically 2-3 years) as a project manager, with a focus on mobile app development projects. Strong understanding of mobile app development processes, methodologies, and technologies. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Strong organizational and time management skills.
