Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Singapore office:
Client Manager / Senior Broker

We will count on you to:

Serve as first point of contact for day-to-day communication on numerous and/or complex accounts, following up on correspondences and managing high-quality and timely communications.
Develop and communicate an understanding of client businesses by conducting client research, analysing industry issues, preparing benchmarking studies and creating risk maps for internal and external use.
Support colleagues by managing day-to-day aspects of designated accounts including billing transactional work, generating and coordinating timelines, liaising between senior colleagues and clients, and generally representing the business to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.
Manage account concerns and address issues in a timely manner, applying judgement as to when and what to escalate up to senior colleagues.
Collect insights and information on client satisfaction and report results to senior colleagues offering context and suggestions on how best to ensure account satisfaction and retention.
Begin to build professional relationships with counterparts at client organizations.
Have a good understanding of the company's service offerings and market trends to enhance work performance, enrich client interactions and develop sales capabilities.


What you need to have:

Bachelors degree or diploma with 2 to 3 years of experience within insurance industry.
Attained minimum Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent. ANZIIF or ACII will be an advantage.
