Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. As a Non-IT Recruiter,

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.

• Should be able to create and manage data for the requirements.

• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates.

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in non-IT recruitment.

• Closing the requirement within timeline within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Non-IT Recruitment (for exp) or MBA in HR(for fresher)
• Strong knowledge of non-IT job markets, recruitment techniques, and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
