Payroll Officer

Responsibilities:
 Obtain understanding of client payroll rules and policies during implementation
 Calibrate with the client on how each rule and policy is to be applied using historical payroll
calculation by the client. Highlight any discrepancies in historical calculation to the client
 Confirm the client rules can be deployed in the software. Highlight any customization
request by the client
 Cross check automated payroll with excel calculations
Requirements Must Have:
 2 year experience in calculating payroll for multiple clients including basic salary, complex
rules for overtime, undertime and absences
 Government mandatory contributions and deductions (SSS, PHIC, HDMF and Tax), 13th
month and Tax Annualization computation
 All reports and forms for compliance with all regulatory bodies, journal and ledger entries
 Advanced MS Excel Skills
 Excellent comprehension and communication (verbal and written) skills
 Ability to multi task and prioritize
 Knowledge on updated DOLE rules

SALARY : 25k - 35k
