Job Description: Strong Foundation in C++ Programming: Demonstrated proficiency in C++ programming with a deep understanding of object-oriented principles and design patterns. Extremely strong C++11/14/17 Software Architecture and Design: Experience in designing and coding complex software systems using C++ while adhering to best practices in software architecture and design. Strong C/C++ and Object-oriented analysis and design approach. Strong network programming concepts (TCP, UDP) Leadership in Architectural Decision-Making: Ability to participate as a leader in defining and architecting software systems, making informed architectural decisions, and guiding the team in implementing them. Strong knowledge in multithreading concepts and development (link removed) Good understanding of design patterns Technical Strategy and Mentorship: Capable of serving as a technical strategist, advisor, and mentor to the. engineering team, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Good understanding of memory management in non-garbage collected environments Effective Communication Skills: Able to articulate ideas and concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Deliverable Quality Assurance: Commitment to producing high-quality deliverables that serve as architectural runway for product development teams, ensuring code reliability, scalability, and maintainability. GUI development experience Quick Learning and Adaptability: Ability to quickly understand and learn new and emerging technologies relevant to C++ development, staying updated with industry trends and best practices. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as GIT.
