Job Description

: As a B2B SaaS Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving awareness and positioning our AI-powered real estate CRM in the market. You will leverage your SaaS marketing experience to develop and execute marketing strategies that effectively communicate the value of our product to our target B2B audience. Your work will be pivotal in product marketing, generating leads, fostering partnerships, and ultimately contributing to our growth and success. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive. marketing strategies tailored for B2B audiences, focusing on driving awareness, engagement, lead generation, product positioning and adoption. Craft compelling messaging and value propositions that resonate with real estate professionals and highlight the unique benefits of our AI-powered CRM. Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including search, email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising, to reach and engage our target audience. Manage content creation, including case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and videos, that showcases the impact of our CRM on real estate businesses. Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on objectives, messaging, and lead generation efforts. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and product development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer success, to gather insights and feedback that inform marketing strategies. Plan and execute targeted events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and foster industry connections. Analyze campaign performance and metrics to continually refine and improve marketing efforts. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably within the SaaS industry. Proven experience in marketing CRM products or similar technology solutions to a B2B audience. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, with a track record of executing successful campaigns. Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for a variety of audiences. Data-driven mindset, with experience in using analytics tools to track campaign performance and inform decision-making. Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced industry. Team player with strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
