Job Description:

  • Plan, organize, implement, and monitor sales activities to achieve sales targets in a sustainable and profitable manner.
  • Manage and mentor the BD team.
  • Gather & Analyze the Data to identify gaps.
  • Analyze markets to find out opportunities for new business development and generate leads in the HVAC/ Auto Component and Engineering sector.
  • Identify new product/business opportunities for the companys existing product segment / as well as the new age segment.
  • Handles existing customer needs and identifies opportunities.
  • Negotiate customer issues w.r.t. Pricing, MOQ, Timelines, processes, etc.
  • Co-ordinate in resolving customer issues with the production team.
  • Understand the customer need and support in the product development process.
  • Support the R & D department with future product requirements.


Skills & Abilities:

  • Data analysis skills and structured decision-making on data.
  • Good commercial understanding
  • Strong Negotiation and networking skills
  • Good English communication both written and oral
  • Readiness to travel for 10-15 days/month across India to build and manage customer relations.
