Job Description: - Plan, organize, implement, and monitor sales activities to achieve sales targets in a sustainable and profitable manner.
- Manage and mentor the BD team.
- Gather & Analyze the Data to identify gaps.
- Analyze markets to find out opportunities for new business development and generate leads in the HVAC/ Auto Component and Engineering sector.
- Identify new product/business opportunities for the companys existing product segment / as well as the new age segment.
- Handles existing customer needs and identifies opportunities.
- Negotiate customer issues w.r.t. Pricing, MOQ, Timelines, processes, etc.
- Co-ordinate in resolving customer issues with the production team.
- Understand the customer need and support in the product development process.
- Support the R & D department with future product requirements.
Skills & Abilities: - Data analysis skills and structured decision-making on data.
- Good commercial understanding
- Strong Negotiation and networking skills
- Good English communication both written and oral
- Readiness to travel for 10-15 days/month across India to build and manage customer relations.
