Job Role - Wellness Manager

Experience - 5+ Years

Location : Coimbatore

The Wellness Manager plays a pivotal role in promoting and enhancing the overall well-being of individuals within a company or organization. The Wellness Manager works under the supervision and guidance of CMO and involves developing and implementing wellness programs, coordinating health initiatives, and fostering a culture of wellness to support Guest/Patient and employees' physical, mental, and emotional health.


Responsibilities:

1. Program Development: Assists CMO/RMO in designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive wellness programs and initiatives tailored to the specific needs and goals of the organization.

2. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with management and stakeholders to establish wellness goals, objectives, and strategies aligned with the organization's overall mission and values.

3. Employee Engagement: Actively engage employees and promote participation in wellness programs and activities.

4. Inventory Management: Optimize working capital, reduce carrying costs, minimize stock outs, improve customer service, and streamline operations.

5(link removed) Planning and Procurement and Replenishment: Managing the purchase and replenishment of inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1.BNYS/BAMS with proven track record in hospitality industry in managerial level.

2.A master's degree or Spa management from CIDESCO is desirable.

3.Proven experience in wellness program development, implementation, and management. Strong knowledge of health and wellness principles, practices, and behaviour change strategies.

4.Strong organizational and project management abilities to plan, execute, and evaluate wellness initiatives.

5.Familiarity with wellness software platforms (link removed)>

6.Understanding of legal and ethical considerations related to Patient/Guest and employee wellness programs.

Relevant certifications in wellness coaching, health education, or related areas are advantageous.
