Responsibilities:

- Prepare, review, and negotiate acquisition, development, production, distribution, and financing agreements.

- Conduct due diligence investigations on entertainment industry assets.

- Provide advice on intellectual property rights relevant in the entertainment industry.

- Effectively manage small to mid-sized matters with moderate partner supervision.

- Take responsibility for portions of larger, more complex matters.
