Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow packages, updates, and trends. Leading the design of the ServiceNow platform to effectively meet the needs. Mandatory Qualifications or Skills: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information technology, or a related field Minimum 5-8 years of overall IT experience Preferred: 3 years of experience in the Banking Domain ServiceNow Development Certification (Must) ITIL/ ITSM Experience IT Service management Java JavaScript Strong Communication Analytical skill Familiarity with SDLC & DevOps Proven Experience in ServiceNow Designing and Implementing complex systems Rest API, HTML, CSS
