esponsibilities: Design, Development, & Implement ServiceNow solutions, modules, & applications Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow solution, application, & integration. Collaboration with cross-functional team Participation in SDLC Documentation and reporting Evaluation and implementation of new technologies & tools to enhance ServiceNow Mentor and lead junior members in the team. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow packages, updates, and trends. Leading the design of the ServiceNow platform to effectively meet the needs. Mandatory Qualifications or Skills: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information technology, or a related field Minimum 5-8 years of overall IT experience Preferred: 3 years of experience in the Banking Domain ServiceNow Development Certification (Must) ITIL/ ITSM Experience IT Service management Java JavaScript Strong Communication Analytical skill Familiarity with SDLC & DevOps Proven Experience in ServiceNow Designing and Implementing complex systems Rest API, HTML, CSS
