Work to be performed under this Task Order includes, but not limited to: CONTRACTOR shall: Design, develop, and implement scalable software applications according to the functional specifications and requirements document. Design, Develop and maintain scalable web services and interfaces/APIs. Contribute to front-end and back-end development processes. Version control code and build CI/CD pipelines Perform tests, troubleshoot software, and fix bugs. Develop relevant design and technical documentation. Collaborate with other departments on projects and sprints. Keep and maintain software solution development records, notes, sketches, drawings, etc., for review and remain the sole property of the OIG. Develop standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles, quick reference guides, technical bulletins, and other documents supporting the IT Directorate. Provide required certifications and resume for review and validation. Demonstrate leadership and can work without supervision. Qualifications: A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Software Developer with at least 5 years in Modern application development using Azure Cloud architecture Specific tools/experience areas: Agile/Scrum software development, Implemented Services in C#, Front-end & Back-end software development, Database Management, and Web design. Required Certifications (Current): Industry Software Developer Certification. Education level: Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a US Department of Education accredited University is required.
