However, the team you are joining has a long history - and solid track record - of product innovation and thought leadership. So, the potential for your scope and impact will not be limited by a single product.The Lead Product Manager role is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing one or more products. The role includes but is not limited to contributing to and managing the product roadmap, overseeing the implementation and working in an agile environment with a cross-functional team to develop products that meet the needs of our consumers and clients. Requires in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in Product Management along with other job disciplines within the organization in order to successfully manage the product. Manages one or more products of strategic importance to the organization due to high growth value, involving large cross-functional teams. WHO YOU ARE: Bachelor's Degree in related field; Masters degree preferred. Minimum of 6 years of related work experience as a Product Manager Experience in the automotive/dealer industry preferred Applies comprehensive knowledge of business, product maturity and performance, and industry principles, practices, and procedures. Working knowledge of SAFe Agile Methodology. Familiar with recognized industry bodies of knowledge both generic and specific, and has a wide breadth of knowledge across the industry or business Experience in design, development and implementation of product plans. Experience in full product lifecycle methodologies. Experience in creating, prioritizing and recommending epics and features. Experience in in conducting competitive research and analysis. Experience in identifying KPI's and other analytics to measure product value. Experience with executive presentations. Experience in a collaborative, cross-functional, and complex team environment. USD 117,400.00 - 195,700.00 per yearCompensation:Compensation includes a base salary of $117,400.00 - $195,700.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.Benefits:The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
