Large top-tier law firm seeks Technology Support Analyst for its Los Angeles office. Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of stable experience in a mid to large sized law firm or corporation. Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day support of PC hardware and software. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading of computers and related systems. Should be proficient in Windows 10 OS, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, iManage DeskSite, FileSite, Citrix/VPN, Polycom, and Cisco Video Conference systems.
