EVP & Group Head of Finance (Remote Employment). Responsible for strategy, planning & management. Prepare & present monthly financial budgeting reports. Manage financial planning & analysis department; supervise creation of reports, software implementation & tools for budgeting & forecasting. Supervise accounting department to ensure proper functioning of all systems, databases, & financial software. Initiate, lead & structure fundraising for the company including debt, equity & other structured transactions. Evaluate & execute investment opportunities & analyze valuation & return. Manage cash flow planning processes & ensure funds availability. Oversee cash investments & asset management area. Supervise accounts receivable management & provide guidance relating to the collection process.
Req. MBA & CPA from any state. Must have 12 yrs exp in financing/accounting function for renewable energy firm & at least 5 yrs exp with overseeing Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Treasury functions for a renewable energy company; financial reporting w/ in-depth understanding of US GAAP; creating financial processes & policies to enhance internal controls; & overseeing the audit process & working with external auditors. Must also have experience implementing a financial system & an ERP system such as Oracle, SAP or an equivalent & be eligible for SAP Certification. May work from home anywhere in the US.
