What your responsibilities might look like on a normal day:
Execute individual and team Annual Operating Plan by driving Sell In and Sell Out in retail. Collaborate closely with Area Sales Manager to ensure timely and accurate handling of sales orders, tire supplies, and shipments from the factory to customers. Develop a deep understanding of the tire and retail market in the assigned area to identify key players and sales opportunities. Implement operational plans to secure volume growth through Sell-Through productivity and expansion in the white space. Focus on expanding tire sales with existing distributors/retailers and explore opportunities for incremental sales with new customers. Incorporate retail support activities such as training and resources allocation into the Operational Plan. Gather competitors marketing, pricing, and other relevant information to inform strategic decisions. Skill/Quialifications Criteria required for applying:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related discipline. 4+ years of selling experience in the tire/automotive industry or consumer/commercial industry, preferably with exposure to dealer networks. Strong key account management, selling, and problem-solving skills. Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work with a sense of urgency. Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and customer management skills. Proficient in communication, including local dialects. Willingness to travel frequently.
