Job Title: Full-time ICT Support Engineer
Salary: $97,500 plus superannuation

Duties and Skills
Execute system and network administration, design, documentation, implementation, and testing, ensuring components meet needs and work together seamlessly.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Active Directory, DNS, and Group policy.
Implement, monitor, and maintain Active Directory DC design, schema, AD replication topology and DC backup/restore procedures.
Installation, maintenance, repair, upgrade, configuration and troubleshooting on a variety of desktops and operating systems, software, internet, emails, printers, hardware, network equipment, security systems and databases.
Conducting routine quality audits, including the analysis, and review of documentation, systems, and data.
Ensuring standards and procedures are reviewed, updated, and compliant with all relevant legislation.
Involved in the recommendation of improvements, and corrective action plans to resolve non-compliance with standards identified through the review, audit and monitoring of processes and procedures.
Ensuring awareness and adherence to standards, policies, procedures and quality control issues and activities through communication and training with staff.
Developing and delivering technical training and guidance, focused on applications and processes.
Ensuring systems perform to specification through testing, identifying, and diagnosing errors and faults in systems and programming code following established testing protocols, guidelines, and quality standards.
Recommending hardware and software strategies and directions upon review and assessment of organizational systems architecture.
Writing and reviewing technical documentation, including technical reports, specifications and maintenance inventory systems, and procedural instructional, and operational guides and manuals.

Experience
Minimum Bachelors or higher degree in the relevant field
Minimum two years of experience
Knowledge of databases like Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, etc is mandatory
Exposure to alternate Visualization technologies like Power BI, QlikView, Spotfire, Pentaho, JavaScript, HTML. etc is an advantage
Experience in using VETtrak Management system, PISMS, Canvas(LMS), Hubspot, LLN Robot, Synergetic, Simon is preferred
Solid domain knowledge in PowerShell scripting
