BeechWood, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation dedicated to helping individuals live independently by providing supportive services, training, advocacy, and supervision.

PRIMARY DUTIES
The ARMHS Treatment Supervisor will work closely with the Executive Director and is responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day operations of our ARMHS program. Duties include guiding program implementation, monitoring program, supporting and supervising Mental Health Practitioners, and ethical and compassionate work with clients. Managing referrals, completing intakes, including Diagnostic Assessments and reports to DHS. Oversight of EHR and supporting practitioners in clinical documentation practices. Representing and networking within the community on behalf of BeechWood services and reporting to our board. ARMHS Treatment Supervisor acts to ensure that program policies, procedures, and operations fully and consistently comply with licensing, regulatory, and contract requirements. Works closely with the Executive Director in hiring staff, completes annual performance reviews, and builds a strong integral teamwork approach.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCES/QUALIFICATIONS
-LICSW, LP, or LPCC license.
-Minimum of 5 years working with adults who have SPMI. Experience in community mental health, strong advocacy skills, and social justice orientation.
-Cultural self-awareness and commitment toward reflective practice as it relates to diversity and difference.
-Strong clinical knowledge and skills, written and oral communication skills.
-Reliable transportation, valid Drivers License with a clean driving record, and proof of insurance.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Non-profit management.

ADDITIONAL MUST-HAVE AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCES
-MUST HAVE TECHNOLOGY SKILLS: computer basics, typing, iOS, Google Email/Drive/Calendar/Meet, and Zoom.
-REQUIRED: To travel on the road locally to do home visits and out in the community with the client in your vehicle.

JOB TYPE: Full-time; or Partime 25-30 hours

SHIFT: Day; Monday-Friday flexible business hours

SALARY: $65,000 - 80,000 Hours and compensation are negotiable depending on preferred hours and experience.
