Domain Motor Insurance

Profile Telesales Executive

• Contact potential customers via phone and email to promote and sell insurance products and services.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate insurance solutions.
• Explain policy features, benefits, and terms to customers effectively.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and services.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
• Excellent negotiation and selling skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Prior experience in sales, especially in the insurance industry, is a plus but not mandatory
