Summary:As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with the Order Management system and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Order Management applications, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure successful project delivery.

Act as the primary point of contact for all Order Management application-related issues, providing timely and effective resolution to any problems that arise.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards for application development.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Order Management application development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Order Management application development.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with other Packaged Application Development technologies.

Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.

Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Information:
