Responsibilities

Develop engaging content for various platforms, including blog articles, social media posts, newsletters, and videos.

Create captivating text, image, and video content for all social media and professional accounts.

Manage social media campaigns across multiple platforms in alignment with marketing strategies.

Engage with the online community by responding to comments and requests.

Monitor, track, and report feedback and online reviews.

Respond to comments and customer queries promptly.

Organize and participate in events to foster community building and increase brand awareness.

Conduct and host weekly Open Mic sessions at the Retail Store in Hennur

Desired Skills & Experience

Proven experience in launching community initiatives, such as building online forums, implementing ambassador programs, organizing event series, and producing email newsletters.

Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube is essential.

Knowledge of current online marketing trends and marketing channels.

Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

The candidate will be required to regularly visit retail stores.

Having personal transportation is an added advantage.

Flexibility to work both remotely and from the office, as needed.
