Receive training and guidance during the probationaryperiod
Work schedule: Monday through Friday, ideally 9am to6pm EST or 10am to 7pm EST

Responsibility:
The account manager takes care of all post-sales customerservice, meaning he provides support from the start oftheadvertising campaign until its completion. You mustalways pay attention to all issues: at what stage toprepare to launchRC, when to fix errors, in what form tosend reports to the company, etc. Prepare and signagreements or contractspromptly, send final documents
Supervise the work of implementers and other relatedprofessionals on assigned tasks. The account managermustprovide the client with all the necessary information ina timely manner: reports, links to active ads, placementreports,etc. Most of the work will involve answeringcustomer questions, which are both simple and quitespecific. Some ofthem will require additional situationanalysis and metrics. Communicate with managers andtechnical support frompartner sites, both by email and byphone. Account managers should always know who tocontact to find out the situationor quickly resolve acustomer's problem.

What we expect from you:
High degree of independence;
Ability to define tasks for technical experts
Good knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VPR)
Experience in negotiating and exchanging businesscorrespondence with customers
Understanding what XML is and having experience with thisformat will be a great advantage.
