Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements


• Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions


• Perform month-end close procedures, including journal entries and account reconciliations

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes


• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field


• CPA designation preferred but not required


• 1-2+ years of experience in a corporate accounting role, preferably in the finance industry


• Strong understanding of GAAP principles


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
