SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for its client in Ohio. The person will be overseeing the cost accounting for various location sites. This role is fully onsite.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide comprehensive financial support.


• Track project capital and expenses meticulously.


• Transition into a role with oversight of multiple plants.


• Review, analyze, and approve all project and facility maintenance expenditures.


• Prepare monthly forecasts and annual operating plans for the remainder of the year.


• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.


• Assist in the development of plant Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, and standards.


• Lead the development of the plant's financial operating plan.


• Prepare and analyze month-end reports and project updates for ongoing plant build projects.


• Address system issues and facilitate integrated plant setup in SAP.


• Reconcile related general ledger accounts.


• Actively participate in creating and enhancing financial processes and procedures, both for projects and plant operations.


• Conduct financial and strategic analyses to support accurate business decisions and investments.


• Identify and drive initiatives for cost reduction and working capital optimization.


• Engage in plant and project procurement activities.


• Undertake additional assignments as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in finance or accounting or any related field required.

5+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting required.

2+ years of experience in Cost Accounting required.

Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Prior experience in SAP or ERP preferred.

Willingness to travel as needed.
