PROJECT MANAGER CONTRACT - ON-SITE TALLAHASSEE, FL Our client is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to work on-site at their facility in Tallahassee, FL. EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
- 7+ years of experience in Project Management Principles, understanding of methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Lean. Familiarity with project life cycle, from planning and execution to monitoring, controlling, and closure.
- 7+ years of experience in how to identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact project success.
- 7+ years of experience in familiarity with quality standards and processes to ensure project deliverables meet expected quality benchmarks.
- 5+ years of experience in project management software tools like MS Project, Asana, or JIRA.
- 3+ years of experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost management.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to analyze situations, data, and feedback to make informed decisions. capability to adjust to changing project scopes, deadlines, and requirements smoothly.
- Ability to mediate disputes within the team or with external parties to maintain a positive working environment.
