WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH



You will join our ERP team within our Enterprise Technology practice, serving end-to-end ERP transformation for our priority clients. You can look forward to being embedded in teams consisting of other driven and curious Bain staff, working alongside consultants, other tech experts (e.g., Cloud, Architecture), design experts, and software developers, among others. With this uniquely diverse group, you will serve leading companies in every industry, helping them to define and implement S/4 HANA business transformations.






WHAT YOU'LL DO



Mission


Build the support of procurement and supply chain management operations capabilities in ERP systems

Deliver client excellence through new supply chain related ERP insights and by executing day-to-day delivery in a high-quality, detail-oriented manner

Contribute to preparation and presentation of supply chain and value chain related capabilities for major ERP proposals




Essential functions


Participate in end to end transformational projects, centered around supply chain specific ERP planning, with additional exposure to other areas such as Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Supply Chain Strategy

Serve as a subject matter expert for clients, offering profound knowledge of the application and incorporating an outside-in perspective by applying leading practices

Plan, execute, and manage quantitative and qualitative analyses of business processes

Prepare and finalize project deliverables, including reports, workshop materials, and business proposals

Engage in project and wider program/framework management activities, such as reviewing and maintaining project plans, actions, and risk logs; scheduling and leading project meetings; and documenting and following up on agreed actions

Implement focused change management strategies to ensure stakeholder buy-in and acceptance







ABOUT YOU



Education


Required: Bachelors degree preferably in computer science, computer programming, information technology, business informatics, or related fields

Preferred: Courses in supply chain management, and operations and management science





Experience


Extensive knowledge and experience with S/4 HANA

10 years of technology experience, including 8+ years of experience in ERP /SAP transformation

Successful track record of managing and growing senior client relationships

Fluency in English (written and spoken)




Knowledge, skills and abilities


Deep process expertise in Planning/S&OP, ability to understand the process end to end, and experience in implementation. Big plus if experience with OMP or Kinexis (priority 2) and their integration to S/4

Expertise in designing the processes E2E. Expected to have a sense of what are the best practices in the industry, etc.

Ability to draw and map processes, easily communicate ideas, provide value to client on which processes will be best for their solution

Experience with Consumer Products and/or Life Sciences industry

Experience with client relationship, ability to discuss the bigger picture and challenge the client on your respective process, guide the client on where the biggest business value drivers are, etc. while also being able to go down to details when needed

Ability to make and drive a plan, prepare workshops and drive client alignment through outside-in recommendations

Willingness and readiness to travel abroad as needed

Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills, effective collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Effective leadership skills to manage a small team of junior analysts or experts, fostering collaboration, providing guidance, and ensuring successful execution of project tasks and objectives
