We help design the best-fit and equitable total rewards and financial incentive programmes for our clients leaders and employees. We partner them in organisation design, workforce and HR transformation, employee experience and talent strategies. You will be part of a global and regional consulting team which draws on Mercer research and rigorous analysis, to equip clients with guidance, knowledge, tools and support to ensure their overall HR programs reinforce their strategic objectives.

POSITION SCOPE


We will count on you to:

Responsible for driving the talent consulting offers and solutions, including client development and project sales in Hong Kong.
Serve as lead talent consultant on medium and large clients and/ or second on jumbo clients, including managing overall service delivery and solution design.
Act as the day-to-day lead for the client, ensuring project requirements, solutions and deliverables meet client expectations.
Assist and/ or independently lead talent consulting and broader HR consulting projects from bidding to delivery. Provide guidance to project team from a technical perspective.
Integrate latest trends and client needs to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the talent solutions. Work closely with in-house subject matter experts to manage content.
Determine the full scope of services provided to the client and set roles and responsibilities within the client team.
Generate sales by expanding revenues from existing clients and by leading prospecting efforts with new clients.
Function as a mentor and coach by motivating staff to deliver a high standard of work. Delegate effectively to provide developmental opportunities to team members.


What you need to have:

Minimum of 6-8 years professional working experience within an MNC environment. Experience in the HR/ consulting field relating to talent preferred.
Exposure to business development, project and client management. Prior experience in leading a mix of small and large HR consulting and products sales is preferred.
Strong tertiary education. University graduate or master's degree.
Proactive attitude and agile. Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines.
Intellectually curious with strong appetite to learn.
Flexible working style and open to working within a diverse team.
Proficient computer skills especially with Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong language skills - English, Cantonese and/ or Mandarin.
