We will count on you to:

Delivering on complex projects, annual flex renewal projects, client projects, and Enterprise projects for a wide range of Global clients.
Consulting with Clients to gather benefit and system requirements and document.
Managing project plans and risk & issues logs in line with methodology, manage scope and Change Control.
Effectively communicate with team members, internal and external customers relating project status, delivery dates and project risks in a professional manner.
Delegate tasks and make team members accountable for their work assignments.
Preparing system functional specifications
Managing testing of new and existing functionality to defined specifications/requirements and supporting clients in this activity.


What you need to have:

BS/BA in related areas.
Proven work experience (2 years) in Project management, Consulting or in a comparable position, with demonstrated leadership and influencing skills.
Background and experience in implementation of an Enterprise software product (Payroll, HR System, Benefits, among others)
Be passionate about technology and how it can influence the lives of both our clients and their employees.
Be articulate, as strong written, verbal and presentation skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients at all levels both in English and Spanish is vital.
Have a strong can-do attitude and be very goal-focused.
Excellent organizational, and time management skills to handle multiple projects and tasks.
Excellent analytical skills.
Good communication skills, confidence with clients
Detail oriented to ensure accuracy and results focused
Strong consultancy skills.


What makes you stand out?

Knowledge or experience implementing Darwin or similar employee benefits platform solution
Ideally (but not necessarily) possess a degree in a numerate subject.
Responsible for actively developing the Solutions Delivery team through developing methodologies and active participation in knowledge sharing and learning & development.
Experience helping to improve processes and give feedback to the wider team and management.
