Marsh McLennan is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Sydney office:
Marketing Business Partner Wealth

This is a strategic role requiring senior level engagement with business-wide executives. It is also a people manager role, requiring a hands-on approach to collaborate with senior and mid-level marketers on activity plans and execution across the sub-portfolios of Wealth.

We will count on you to:
Lead the development and execution of a unified marketing strategy for the Wealth business, bringing together disparate agendas to deliver a single endorsed plan of activity to deliver the firm Deeply understand all of the strategic growth areas sitting under the Wealth portfolio to identify opportunities at the intersections of the Marsh McLennan group, and develop and implement strategies to deliver against these opportunities Work closely with Marketing & Communications team leaders across various disciplines including Brand, Communications and Digital to ensure the broader Marsh McLennan marketing and communications strategy and initiatives led out of the M&C function are supportive of the Wealth marketing goals and are being effectively communicated to key Wealth senior business stakeholders Act as a strategic partner and advisor to senior business stakeholders Act as a guardian of and champion for our MarTech solutions, engaging with global and local stakeholders as required to ensure these tools deliver exceptionally against our requirements Oversee and help to improve the handling of client and prospect data to ensure were adhering to relevant regulatory, legal and compliance standards such as the Spam Act, our company privacy policy, etc. Manage individuals, teams and business stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of projects and processes Support the day-to-day operations and improvement of the marketing function where needed (e.g. running stand-up meetings, optimising systems and processes, etc.)
What you need to have:
You will ideally have a minimum of 10 years experience in the marketing field in a corporate or agency environment A strong track record of delivery and success, proven ability to engage stakeholders and being outcome oriented Ideally, you will have deep understanding of the various facets of wealth management including technical product knowledge and relevant regulatory requirements A passion for investment markets along with proven success building the investments voice in previous roles
