Job Description:


As a Field Sales Executive in the FMCG industry, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales revenue by promoting and selling the company's products to retailers, distributors, and other potential customers. You will play a vital role in expanding the company's customer base, increasing brand visibility, and achieving sales targets in your assigned territory.


Responsibilities:


Sales and Business Development: Actively prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase sales revenue.

Territory Management: Manage a designated sales territory, including planning and organizing sales visits to potential and existing customers.

Relationship Building: Build strong and long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders within the FMCG industry.

Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of the company's products to potential customers through presentations, demonstrations, and product samples.

Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed sales targets by implementing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for product positioning and competitive advantage.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including sales reports, customer databases, and activity logs.

Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and overall customer satisfaction.

Sales Forecasting: Assist in sales forecasting and budgeting activities to support business planning and decision-making processes.
