Responsibilities 1. Project Planning and Execution: - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including task assignments, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and adjust plans as needed.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within budget and timeline constraints.
- Apply agile methodologies and best practices to drive project success.
2. Team Collaboration and Leadership: - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and high performance.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members in adopting and implementing agile practices.
- Identify and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise within the team.
3. Stakeholder Management: - Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their feedback is incorporated into project planning and execution.
4. Risk and Issue Management: - Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Proactively monitor and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Escalate critical issues to appropriate stakeholders and facilitate their resolution.
5. Continuous Improvement: - Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team and the organization.
- Conduct retrospectives and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement process enhancements and share lessons learned to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
Experience - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or similar role, successfully delivering projects using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Strong understanding of agile principles and frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
- Experience handling Bot related project is a plus.
