We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a collaborative leader, you will work closely with stakeholders from both business and IT domains, driving the identification and documentation of business flows, requirements, and opportunities. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring project success through effective communication and alignment of business objectives.

Location: St Cloud, MN – onsite 5 days

This Job expects to pay about $55-65/hr W2 plus benefits

What You Will Do:

• Consult and partner with business process owners to continuously improve processes.
• Develop and refine business requirements aligned with organizational strategy.
• Act as the interface between technical resources and business partners.
• Facilitate process mapping exercises to identify current and future state processes.
• Analyze complex business issues, planning and conducting process change initiatives.
• Maintain awareness of project requirements across multiple initiatives.
• Lead and participate in project requirements gathering activities, adhering to established practices.

What Gets You The Job: 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in transportation.
• Five years of experience as a senior-level analyst in business or systems analysis.
• Ownership mentality and accountability for requirements phase outcomes.
• Proficiency in planning and estimating business analysis activities.
• Experience in eliciting, organizing, and documenting business requirements.
• Excellent meeting facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to differentiate and organize functional and non-functional requirements.
• Strong proficiency in process mapping tools like Visio or Miro.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across various stakeholders and cultures.
