ROLE: Sr. Business System Analyst LOCATION: ONSITE 3 - 4 days (Pittsburgh, PA) NO OT BGV fully cleared Client laptop Job Description: Job Summary: Senior Business Systems Analyst is responsible for partnering across the firm to provide financial and strategic analysis, oversight, and coordination for business requirements and designing solutions to meet those requirements, Responsible for supporting the project in whole SDLC phase, Understand the whole payment processing flow. Required Skills: 1. Good knowledge in one of the payment product. Ex: GPP 2. Good knowledge in Cards and Payment flow 3. Expert knowledge in SQL 4. Working experience in FED, CHIPS, SWIFT, RTP, ISO20022, VISA, MASTER CARD. 5. Experience articulating complex topics in an easy-to-consume way. 6. Strong critical thinking and data-analysis skills with experience navigating large data sets. 7. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with varying priorities and drive creative solutions and commitment to a shared goal 8. Strong strategic data transformation, business analysis, project management skills with ability to lead and drive requirements gathering and solutioning discussions as well as the definition and implementation of compensating measures. 9. Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers and staff on Payment and banking services and platforms. 10. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and incidents related to banking services, escalating complex problems to appropriate teams 11. Good knowledge in Agile and SDLC model Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Understand and analyze requirements 2. Collaborate with other banking specialists, developers, engineers, and analysts to describe the requirement. 3. Breakdown the requirement in deliverable stories in Jira 4. Maintain Backlog, stories in Jira 5. Support in Testing and implement new requirements, ensuring it meet customer needs and expectations. 6. Fulfil requests and inquiries from customers regarding different interface mapping. 7. Prepare High level technical and functional Documentation for the development Team.
